PREMIUM CHOICE INC

Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Premium Choice Inc. (“Premium Choice,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and handles information in connection with the website located at https://premiumchoice.us (the “Site”).

2. Who We Are

Premium Choice Inc.
6312 N Claremont Avenue, Apt 2E
Chicago, IL 60659
Registered in the State of Illinois.

Premium Choice is a business-to-business importer and distributor of Asian and international grocery, food, beverage, and commodity products, connecting manufacturers with wholesalers, retailers, grocery stores, and restaurants across the USA and Canada.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily submit through the forms available on our Site. We do not currently operate customer accounts, an online store, or any other mechanism that collects personal information beyond what is described below.

4. Information Submitted Through Our Forms

The Site currently offers two forms: a Wholesale Quote Request form and a Supplier Inquiry form. Each is described separately below. We do not collect information through any other form, comment system, newsletter signup, or similar mechanism at this time.

5. Wholesale Quote Requests

Through our Wholesale Quote Request form, we collect: full name, company name, business type, email address, and message (required); and phone number, website, location, products of interest, estimated order volume, purchase frequency, and current supplier, if you choose to provide them (optional). This information is used to respond to your wholesale pricing and availability inquiry.

6. Supplier Inquiries

Through our Supplier Inquiry form, we collect: contact name, company, country, email address, product categories, brands, and message (required); and website, phone number, manufacturing location, export markets, U.S. distribution status, and certifications, if you choose to provide them (optional). This information is used to evaluate potential supplier and distribution partnerships.

7. How We Use Information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate potential business relationships, and communicate with you about the specific request you made. We do not use form submissions for any purpose beyond responding to and processing your inquiry, unless you separately opt in to future communications as described in Section 8.

8. Business Communications

Our current business email address, premiumchoice.us@gmail.com, is used to receive and respond to inquiries submitted through our forms. We do not currently operate a newsletter or promotional email marketing program. If we introduce one in the future, we will offer a separate, optional way to opt in, distinct from submitting a wholesale or supplier inquiry.

9. Anti-Spam and Security Processing

To help protect our forms from spam and abusive submissions, we use a third-party anti-spam service, ActiveLayer, which evaluates submitted information (including name, email address, message content, IP address, and browser information) in real time to assess whether a submission is legitimate.

10. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with a limited number of service providers to operate our Site and process inquiries:

  • Google (Gmail) — used to receive and relay email notifications of form submissions.
  • ActiveLayer — used for spam detection, as described in Section 9.
  • Hostinger — our website hosting provider.
  • Google Sheets — used internally to track and manage business inquiries (see Section 12).

We do not sell personal information to any third party.

11. Email and Hosting

Form-submission notifications are delivered via WP Mail SMTP through a Gmail relay to our business email address. Our Site is hosted by Hostinger. As part of ordinary hosting operations, Hostinger may process technical and server-level information (such as access logs) as part of delivering our Site to visitors.

12. Google Sheets / Lead Management

Premium Choice maintains an internal record of business inquiries using Google Sheets. Information does not automatically flow from our forms into this spreadsheet — a member of our team manually reviews inquiry notifications and records relevant details for follow-up.

13. Cookies and Similar Technologies

As of the date this Policy was last updated, our Site does not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking purposes. Our Site may use standard, strictly necessary technical functionality inherent to WordPress and its hosting environment. If this changes in the future — for example, if we introduce analytics as described in Section 14 — we will update this Policy accordingly.

14. Analytics and Future Google Analytics

We do not currently use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Site Kit, or any similar analytics or advertising technology. We may introduce Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”) in the future to help us understand how visitors use our Site. If we do:

  • GA4 would collect aggregate, non-identifying information about Site usage (such as which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked).
  • We will not configure GA4 to receive names, email addresses, phone numbers, message contents, or other information submitted through our forms.
  • Any such implementation would be preceded by an update to this Policy.

15. Data Retention

We retain the information described in this Policy for as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate business, operational, legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes. A specific, fixed retention period has not yet been finalized. We do not currently have an automated process for deleting older inquiry records.

16. Data Sharing

Beyond the service providers described in Section 10, specific categories of business partners and service providers with whom information may be shared will depend on the applicable transaction or service. We do not currently have a confirmed practice of sharing customer or lead information with suppliers, distributors, retailers, or logistics providers beyond what may occur as an ordinary part of fulfilling a specific business relationship you initiate with us.

17. Data Security

We use HTTPS/SSL to encrypt traffic to and from our Site. Our website is built on WordPress, with standard authentication protections for administrative access, SMTP-based email delivery, anti-spam protection on our forms, and hosting-provider infrastructure protections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

18. Privacy Requests and Your Rights

If you have questions about this Policy or wish to make a request regarding your information, you may contact our privacy contact, Rokiah Jalil, at premiumchoice.us@gmail.com. Requests will be reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable law.

19. Children’s Privacy

Premium Choice does not direct its Site or marketing activities to children, and our Site does not currently include an online store, customer accounts, or age-verification mechanism. This Policy does not represent a legal conclusion regarding the applicability of any children’s privacy law to Premium Choice’s business.

20. International Data Processing

Our Site may be accessible to visitors outside the United States. We do not currently have a confirmed practice of transferring visitor personal information internationally beyond the ordinary operation of the U.S.-based service providers described in Section 10.

21. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
